Kermani Law Firm is a boutique law firm with a practice focused largely on business litigation, real property disputes and related matters, with offices in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, California.  We conduct risk management and training for real estate brokers and realtors. We represent purchasers and sellers of real property in the acquisition and sale of real property assets, from residential purchases to multi-million dollar commercial syndications and complex transactions.

In addition to business and real estate litigation and transactions, our practice includes contract negotiation and representation, Entertainment law, Intellectual Property litigation, Family law, Bankruptcy, referrals to the best personal injury trial attorneys, alternative dispute resolution and mediation.

We emphasize resolving problems efficiently, economically, and creatively, often without resorting to litigation or trial.  Although our attorneys include experienced trial attorneys, lawsuits are frequently not the best solution.  A good attorney keeps his or her client out of court, if possible.  We educate our clients in preventative measures to avoid litigation.  We excel at risk management counseling and in-house risk management training.

When litigation is necessary, our litigation style is aggressive, creative, highly focused, and result-orientated.  We represent our clients zealously and at the lowest cost possible.  

Prior to establishing her practice, the principal of the firm, Ms. Samira Kermani practiced law at a national law firm in downtown Los Angeles, and subsequently served in-house at a Fortune 50 Company.  Ms. Kermani has owned and operated a national real estate franchise, and a local real estate brokerage.  As such, she is highly experienced in matters involving brokers’ fiduciary duties toward clients, the representation of real estate developers, sophisticated sellers and buyers of commercial properties including shopping centers and income producing properties, and disputes involving homeowner associations.
